Hailing from Douglasville, Georgia, I moved to Northern Virgina in August of 2004 after graduating from Georgia Tech and doing some serious soul searching. While I initially fought the “tug” to leave Atlanta, I eventually pack my car and headed north. In retrospect, it was the best decision I’ve ever made. After three and a half years in the Washington D.C. area I have fallen madly in love with my life. I am so privileged to live in such an amazing area with some amazing people. I am blessed with an amazingly tight-knit family back home as well as the “DC family” I have inherited here. I am passionate about my life and everything that I’ve been called to do with it.
